Shipping location

All packages ship from our warehouse in Denmark.

 

Shipping times

Most orders ship the same day, or the next business day. Note that there is no shipping  on weekends or on public danish holidays.

 

Shipping destinations

We ship to any country listed in the "Country/region" list at the bottom of this website. If your country is not listed and you would like to make a purchase, feel free to reach out.

 

Shipping options

We ship with FedEx, UPS, and DHL, providing for most destinations an economy and an express option. You can see the transit time estimates at checkout, these estimates are in business days.

In France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden and the Netherlands, you can ship directly to a UPS Access Point, which you can select during checkout.

Local Danish orders ship with GLS.

 

Taxes and import duties for the EU: all taxes included

Customers in the EU (European Union) will not have to pay anything at reception, the goods ship from the EU and the VAT is included in the price.

We do not make VAT-free orders on this website for EU registered VAT numbers.

 

Taxes and import duties for the Rest of the World: no tax included

For countries not in the EU, the prices do not include any taxes or duties, and the shipping is DAP/DDU ("Delivered Duty Unpaid"). Depending on your country, you may have to pay import tax, as well as an extra courier deposit fee (since the courier pays the tax for you to the authorities) at package receipt.

 

UK

The british VAT is not included in the price. You will be subject to paying the british VAT at package receipt, as well as a courier deposit fee of about £12.

 

USA

No taxes or duties are included in the price, and you may have to pay taxes or tariffs at package receipt, as well as a courier deposit fee.

 

Australia

Taxes are not included in the price, but there should be nothing to pay at package receipt if the total is below the import tax threshold.

 

Canada

Taxes are not included in the price, and differents part of the country have different sales tax, which will be expected to be paid at package receipt, together with a courier deposit fee.
