Refund policy

 

Returns

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that if you return an item, none of the shipping costs are refunded, neither the return shipping nor the shipping on the original order.

You don't need to give any explanation or justifcation regarding why you are returning the item, but of course we very much appreciate any kind of feedback :)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all stickers & papers, and in its original packaging. The item must have been bought on this website simntonic.com, not at a reseller.

To proceed with a return:

  • Start by informing us at support@simntonic.com
  • Pack the product with all its accessories in its original packaging
  • Add a note inside the box with your name and your order number. For example: "Return of Order #1234 by John Doe"
  • If you are located outside the EU, do not ship the package yourself, we will send you a return shipping label
  • If you are located in the EU:
    • you may ship the product with all its accessories and original packaging to the following address:

    • Or if you prefer, we can give you a FedEx return shipping label
  • Make sure the package is well protected, ideally use an extra cardboard box and padding around the product packaging
    • Sim'n Tonic shall not be responsible for damage under transportation
  • Once received and inspected we will refund your purchase minus all shipping costs

Damages and issues

There is a 2-year guarantee on all our products.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either send you a new unit or repair your unit.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
